CJ Incheon

Jaepack provided CJ Yeongdeungpo with the sugar product line that uses shuttle conveyor and case packer. It is the complete automation line that can improve productivity and save labor costs.
DASOL

Jaepack provided Dasol with Asia's largest duck processing plant. It has ever been our biggest project that required more than one year construction period. It is the automation system that can process a large quantity of ducks from duck supply to unit packing by combining various machines.
HARIM Jungeup

Jaepack provided Harim with the chicken processing plant. It is the whole process automation system that packs boxes at the second floor and transfers and palletizes them to the first floor according to HACCP Standards.

OXY

Jaepack provided Oxy with the detergent production line. It is the complete automation line that uses shuttle conveyor and case packer. As a result, Oxy composes the economical packing line by exactly finding out the properties, size, and shape of products.
SEOKANG DAIRY & FOOD

Jaepack provided Seokang Dairy & Food with the coffee creamer line. It is the side pusher type of case packer that receives boxes from magazine and pushes products in the boxes.
DAEHAN PULP

Jaepack provided Daehan Pulp with the baby diaper line. It uses the pick & place system that allows one robot to pack and palletize cases at one time, implementing automation requirements that improve productivity and save labor costs.

NONGSHIM

Jaepack provided Nongshim with the composite packing system that combines B-CB machine for one-plus-one bundling and bucket conveyor for product display. It is Jaepack’s unique packing line.
ORPUM

Jaepack provided technical support for Orpum, Halim’s affiliate, so that it can compose the automation line of similar size to Halim.
YUHANCLOROX

Jaepack provided Yuhanclorox with the Yuhanrox bottle line. It smoothly processes promotion products by using the drop-down type of case packer and the feed conveyor.

MIRAE LIFE

Jaepack provided Miraelife with the toilet paper line that allows two robots to feed pallets and palletize products simultaneously. It can comprehensively control various equipments including conveyor and smoothly handle the connection and speed between equipments.
FARM DUCK

Jaepack provided Farm Duck, Dasol’s affiliate, with the automatic duck processing line. We used Placon, Korea’s first sanitary conveyor and have the complete meat processing line based on sanitation and safety.
GOOBNE CHICKEN

Jaepack provided Goobne Chicken with the side taping system that is used to pack freezing/fisheries styrofoam. The system consists of two machines. One does taping laterally and the other does taping longitudinally.

EMART

Jaepack provided the automatic line system of various agricultural products for the warehouse of Emart, Korea’s largest discount store. It controls the processing speed according to their size and weight of various agricultural products and is designed to prevent interlocking between the front and rear processing lines.
LOTTE Logistics

Jaepack provided Lotte Home Shopping and Internet Shopping Mall with the automatic product delivery and logistics packaging system. When a purchase order from consumers is received, an invoice is issued by the hosting server connected with the head office and a delivery label is printed and attached to the article ordered. Therefore, the logistical cost can be remarkably reduced.
